Confirmation Class Retreat  - March 2004

March 5th and 6th, 12 confirmands together with their youth advisors, Bob and Dana Richter and Rev. Gina Kokontis, traveled in one van to the Presbyterian Center at Holmes in the Hudson River Valley. Up there, we met another 60 youth. Under the leadership of Setauket's Associate Pastor, Jeff Geary, we learned about the different perceptions of Jesus throughout history and art. We re-enacted Bible stories from the Gospel of Mark, did finger-painting, walked the labyrinth, experienced different ways to pray and had fun on the still frozen lake!

They were very foggy and rainy days, but together we had a lot of fun.
